I ordered and they took my money in CAD and no couch was delivered. I am on disability with diagnosis of Long Covid and unable to work. This was to help me in my new place after being homeless. Really upset

I ordered ice maker on 29th March, my bank account was debited more than the advertised amount as it was quoted as AU$ but in actuality the amount is in US$, I never received any email confirmation when it will be delivered up to now that it is already 19th May.

Ordered 6 tops on 3/20/23 and have not received them. Followed the package tracking and they say it is delivered but went to Saskatchewan on April 13 not Lone Butte BC. Have emailed them 6 times and no replies. Does anyone have a direct email for them? Don’t order from this company very unreliable

I ordered a hanging chair that was supposed to be 49$ but they charged my credit card 59.97 US which turned out to be 84.46 CDN and I NEVER got it. I got an email a couple of weeks ago saying it was shipped but has yet to arrive from Mar 22/2023
