I received a parcel a dog leach and collar. I do not remember ordering this item and also it is to big for my dog. The order number is us-5674383******. I would appreciate my refund along with a return label for these items.

There is no name just the address 70 Gibson Dr. Unit 7 Markham on L3R 4C2. And I have an order I'm waiting on from Zizanoo ! Tried to cancel it and get my money back because they sent the wrong item.

I looked at the parcel again. I might have ordered this awhile back, I am saying this because my dogs name and phone number are on a piece of velcro so I am just looking to return this item .

I want to return this and I don't have the information to do the return.
