I received a very small package in my mailbox that was a ratchet screwdriver. I never ordered anything like this. As I was looking into an order I DID place for raised bed boxes and trellis it said the order was delivered in my "mailbox"! There is no way the correct order would have fit in my mailbox. Thankfully I had kept and filed the original email confirming my order and contacted the seller. They are telling me I need to send the product I did receive back to CHINA no less, and they would refund 45% of what I paid for my order! I cannot believe the gall they had to even offer that...after I confronted that they then said they would refund 50%...I told them NO way! I want the original order or a full refund and they pay the return shipping for the rinky dink screwdriver set they sent. Now they are saying they will refund % if I send back the screwdriver set with proof of sending it. This is totally ridiculous! All I want is what I ordered!!!! Do not order from this company as they are of course from China, and will only try to screw you around....!!!!!!!! If they indeed do send me what I originally ordered then I will recant my negative review!

YES :( You "paid" for it.. It's because you ordered something off a scam website maybe one or two weeks prior to receiving that item. Check Encomis.com, as one of them. Wife ordered luggage with an amazing web deal. They wait a little while to confuse you. Make sure you cancel any credit cards you use online. They take your money for a large ticket item, take your credit card information and send you a ridiculous trinket. I got the same damn little screwdriver. Apparently this is happening all over the place. Call your bank, look for the charge. Websites will vary, these guys have many. Make sure your credit card is canceled obviously! Report them!!
