Safety Report: Water pressure low on the east side of Opelousas, 1413 Short Street, Opelousas, LA, USA

Wednesday evening I just returned from work tried to take a shower I noticed the water had force but a few seconds it began to barely drip out of the faucet I called the water plant and the guy says he was sending someone out to try to resolve the issue which they did come out but nothing was done he called back an hour later asking if I was the person called about the water pressure he then proceeded to tell that there was something that burst in another area of the city they were working on the problem the next morning I tried turning the water on the barely any water dripping out of faucet, yesterday the same and today it is the same I am unable to do laundry give my love one a full bath and it is very inconvenient. I have a family member that has low lying health conditions along with incontinence with both bladder and bowels we have been having the problem since Wednesday and it is now Saturday November 13.11/13 Update: Extremely low water pressure since November 10, 2021 and it is now Saturday November 13, 2021 and the the water pressure is low I have been told that the problem would be resolved but it hasn’t
