I ordered Two items from ModernMint Web Site on 12/25/22. I finally received one of the products (Metal Shear Drill Attachment) under the correct tracking number on 2/23/23 (found out items coming from China).However, I did not receive the second item I paid for which was a (Chain Saw Drill Attachment).
I complained to ModernMint Customer Services and was informed after they checked with China Supplier, they indicated that both items were sent in the same package.
My Response:
Impossible since the package and product box inside the package was only large enough for the Metal Shear Drill Attachment.
After providing pictures of package and box to ModernMint, I asked ModernMint to have the China Supplier:
Put the two items I ordered into that same size box I received and send me a picture to prove that is possible?
I have not heard anything back at this point 3/3/23. Most likely I will have to file a complaint with my credit card company!
