My story is just like many others. I ordered a mobile scooter for 449.96 and received a folding cane. Customer Service said this was a freebie and that they were having delivery issues with the mobile scooters and hoped to have it straightened out in the near future. This was financed through Affirm, on a no interest loan for three months. Affirm has stated they have no refund policy of their own and that I must use the Upright Cane's refund policy. Well they are totally unresponsive. I have requested a scooter cancelation number with no results. At this point Affirm has also been of no help and it is my opinion that if Affirm does not drop Upright Cane as a company they do business with, than they will be just as complacent in the SCAM as Upright Cane.
