I am having the same issue with UP Star. I ordered a chair online, I can't recall what name they were going by but the emails from customer services come from UPstar. Twice now after me emailing theve said " oh sorry, it must be lost in transit " then have had the gauk to suggest they refund me 40%. Sure, I'll pay you, you don't send me anything and then keep 60% of my money !
