Unsafe road condition Schneider, Schneider Road, Toledo, OH, USA

New road at the roundabout has been removed leaving an extremely high bump to navigate over. It’s at least 5-6 inches high. I witnessed a car go through just now tearing off a body part. I managed to get into my daughters apartment. This situation is not safe and an embarrassment to me and this city. Whoever is the design engineer on this project should be relieved of his position. This is totally a waste of the taxpayers money of this city. Some speed bumps would serve the purpose at a fraction of the cost.
