Have received two bottles of Keto products. I did not order this and have never heard of Trendy. Have no idea how to contact them.

I called the number on the back of the bottle. They insisted I ordered them. I did not. They had my credit card info. If I see a charge I will dispute it.

Please call number on back of bottle. They had all my info. Even my debit card info. I refused to give the last four digits of my card number so she read them to me. I think we all have something in common like using Amazon/Temu or something recently.
There is no phone # on the back of either of my bottles to call. Can you share the # please?

There is a number on the back of the bottles. I called them and they had all my info and my Debit card info.I refused to give them the last 4 numbers on my card so they read them off to me. I never ordered them. Now I have to cancel my debit card and get a new one. That’s so much damn trouble.

If you didn't order it and it wasn't your card info, you have no obligation to return it. However.. I would cancel anyway since someone else's card could ahve been compromised. That's what happened to me so that's what I'm going to do.

I just contacted this company and they too told me it was a promotion blah blah. Told me when it was ordered and my mom did in fact try to order me a sun hat from a link online that exact date and time, so they must have gotten my mom’s information from that order and that’s how I got these items with my name and address on it.

The odd thing with me is the card used isn't mine! And the IP address that it was ordered from is in NYC... 60 miles from me! I'm having an IT friend see what he can do with the IP address.

Call number on back and complain and get off their automatic shipment which you apparently are signed up for unless you cancel

I just called the. number and they had all my info correct except for the phone number was not mine. I had to argue with the lady to take me off whatever trial list they had me on bc I did not order.

This company is a scam! I just received two items (2 Keto supplement bottles) in the mail that I did not order. I called the number ((833) 387-1866) that was on the back of them, and I reached two different "customer service" representatives. They would not remove my information from their database unless I provided more information (which I refused as I was concerned they were trying to get more information from me). I tried speaking to a manager, but they said they didn't have one. I also asked if they could verify if they were Slim Detox (the company), and they said they were a third-party call center that works for them and that they did not have a number to reach Slim Detox. So I asked if they could provide me with their company name (the third-party call center), and they refused to tell me. Somehow the company got all my name, address, and financial information for their products. I never placed an order. How is it a scam if you didn't lose anything? If anything it's a gift and you have no obligation to return it.
It's a scam and with the info they have, even without your knowledge, they can sell your info and there can be other scammers after you.

Just got mine FedEx yesterday. On the shipping label the company label is marked out with a sharpie. I did not order and will not pay for and sure as hell not going to take any of it.
Apparently when I ordered pool cleaner from MEOMELAND, the free gift sent was the keto items but then it kept being sent and I was charged for it and didn't know it at first. MEOMELAND gave my informationto them. So MEOMELAND and TRENDY SLIM DETOX are in on the scam together.
