I received a pair of cheap sunglasses. I had ordered a scooter for being disabled from what looked like QVC, same people. I believe sunglasses is what I got instead. The scooter was about 48$. I should have known it was s scam

Work through your credit card company and dispute the charge. Send the scamming company a demand for a refund.
