For the second time in two weeks, I received an item I did NOT order! This time it is a ring! The label with my name and address was put over a label with Chinese writing on it. The return address is: online seller, 8120 Humble Westfield Rd., Humble, TX 77338
There is no information in the package to let me know how to return this item or to at least contact the company!! I do not understand how this has happened again to me. Is it possible for you all to look into this matter for me? I have heard this is happening to other people in this area. I appreciate any help you can assist me with. Thank you very much!
