I received a fake diamond in the mail yesterday from someone by the name of Tevin James, Hacienda Heights, CA. I did not order this. Should I return it to that address? I received the package and didn't open it until this morning, as I thought it was dog medication. Much to my surprise it was a fake diamond in a red case--no explanation but a card that said "created by GRA."

I'm in Arroyo Grande
