I opened the small package believing it to be a small item I had ordered online just last week. Much to my surprise, it was a gra-moissanite "diamond" ring. I will now have to pay shipping cost to return it to Seattle Have any law enforcement agencies been notified? They're not likely to do anything in the current state of lawlessness in this Country, but at least making a report for the record ought to be considered...just saying.
