Whatever they are doing here is unacceptable, I know this isn’t a place that serves food but they won’t allow complaints through their own avenues so I am going everywhere else.I woke up the day of my U-haul reservation (which I paid up front for to make sure I was guaranteed a truck) only for them to tell me they had moved my reservation 3 hours away to Modesto. They said if I couldn’t make it there by the reservation time I would forfeit what I paid upfront unless I canceled. I DON’T HAVE A CAR AND LIVE IN SF SO I HAD TO CANCEL. Turns out, after you cancel your reservation you can’t complain!!!!
