Safety Report: Too much chlorine in tap water, Potsdam, NY, USA

Switch from normal water to strong chlorine smell and skin irritation similar to as in concentration levels equal to or higher than concentration levels in pool water. This switch from normal to over chlorinated water was observed on Clarkson campus while running faucet around 10-11 pm on 11/19. There was also observations of this in other parts of town from the morning of 11/20. Issue is still present as of 11/21/23 at 2:22 AM
