I received shoes I ordered but they don't fit me well so I called to return. I was told to return to China then I will receive the refund. When I asked about the shipment fee, I was informed that it would cost me $20 something. I gave my email for shipping information and the order number which I never received the order number through my email. I called again to verify if my email is in the record to be sent in 24 hours as promised. This time, the person repeated my email address but said that I would have to wait 24 to 72 hours. I will wait and see if I actually receive the email or not. I am unsure if I will even return my shoes or not.Please do not buy any shoe products from this company at all. The number I call is 833-503-1254. The number I found in the package is 833-493-2323.
I agree this company looks like a scam.
