TikTok seller scam, ASL*bookbarn internet GB

I purchased 3 car seat covers around the 16th May 2023 on TikTok via debit card and the money showed as taken in my bank on 18th May 2023 for £49.66 but have received no product. The payment was taken by ASL*bookbarn internet GB. I cannot trace these people and have no footprint on my TikTok page so cannot request my money back.
