I received a HARMONICA I mean C'MON? Same Jane, same address. I've checked my credit card AND PayPal and can't see where I was charged. What am I missing?

FOLLOW UP: Dug deeper into my PayPal. I ordered pants from Meteorei and the shady scammers sent me a HARMONICA! Put in a dispute with PayPal, now they investigating them. Very hopeful I will get my money back!

Today I received a garden flag with a picture of my dog who just passed away. I never heard of them. Like everyone else what gives, and I do not see anything on my bills or bank account. I do not have a PP account
I ordered 3 wigs from this company called Wigs Factory Outlet that were suppose to be human hair lace frontals, instead they sent me 3 synthetic wigs that look like some halloween wigs, , the shipping address is 371 Little Falls Rd. Ste 4 Cedar fall, New Jersy with the name Jane on it, I am passed pisstivity, because after emailing them there response was they would give me 5% of my refund, then 10% refund, this is unacceptable.
