Tracking advice says parcel was delivered. It was not and I am unable to find which delivery company has been used.

I haven’t received my item my credit card charged34.19 and 40.35 2/21and3/5.t is o is a scam
I also did not get my package, despite being sent a tracking code from the company and waiting almost 3 mths, emails to them stated various reasons for delay, finally tracking states delivered, queried with courier company cited on tracking and they state tracking code does not exist in there records, have reported to bank to follow up

I have had the same problems as listed above. Obviously a scam.
Same issue 45.00 worth of Christmas gifts. Tracking says delivered. I was never delivered.
