On 3-11-2023 I placed an order for some clothes online with TCIZO. I paid using my credit card for merchandise that I wanted. The web site that I ordered from said delivery in 5-8 days, when it wasn’t here by then, I just assumed that they meant business days. Time still passed, with no package. I start checking that package locator online and it says the package was not in the country yet. Time passed and the package passed through customs and is making its way here or so I thought. On 4-7-2023 I checked the package tracker and it said it has been delivered, so I go outside to get my package, no package, check in front of the mailbox, check the closest two post office, check FED EX, and, UPS and they all told me the same thing, there is no package here for you. I have asked my neighbors if they saw a package or if one was left with them for me but there was not one. I paid for the merchandise so it is the seller’s responsibility to see that I receive said product in good condition and a timely manner. They did not.
