Safety Report: Suzhichou horse scarf scam, Sistersville, WV

I received a square, white plastic package in the mail. There wasn't a return address on the package, just a small white sticker that I couldn't read. I opened the package and inside it was a square thin holder and when I opened in it there was a scarf with horses on it - something I would never order. Because there was no return address, I was unable to return it. So I googled the term "Suchichou" and found this site and realized I had been scammed. That same day, I also received a smiley face keychain and a show brush that I did not order. Again, no return address just the small white sticker that I couldn't read. I do order online, but usually on Amazon or Kohl's. A few days after I received these items, my bank's fraud division called to verify some charges on my debit card, charges I did not make. So I feel fairly certain in saying that somebody got my info and it had something to do with these weird packages. I disposed of all of these items and have requested a new bank card and changed my passwords on everything. So much for online shopping...--

I placed an order on May 10 for Clarks shoes and I still haven't received anything.
