Strange delivery and actual package never delivered., Wichita, KS, USA

Received a ring I did not order. Wondering if it came from a place in China where I did make an order that I never received. This came on the date that the Global Logistics tracking app said my actual order from beameing.com was delivered (it never was). The site immediately went offline after this was delivered and the logistics site (Track718) said it had been delivered.
