On 11/16/2023, I ordered a pair of battery operated snow shovels from srcenh.shop. The next day the charge showed up on my credit card as bing fromACQRA *topmallsales HK. I never received the items. I clicked on the "Order Details" button on my "Receipt" email and got a "SORRY，THE SHOP YOU ARE LOOKING IS CLOSED RIGHT NOW, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER." I checked the tracking number and it said it was delivered. However, I never got the said items. I see that someone reported the same company, ACQRA *topmallsales HK, for the same reason 5 days ago. #online scam
I ordered from what I thought was bath body works. $66.90.got a receipt from risetor and it doesn't exist. I'm so passed. I want my money back.
