Safety Report: Socks in stead of stackable bins, 2101 W Lake St, Addison, IL 60101, USA

I am reporting that I ordered stackable storage bins through an ad I found through Facebook. Instead, I received two pairs of black socks. The package had the address of Carson 2101 W Lake St, Addison, IL 60101. The USPS label has been put over another label that seems to come from China but also has my address on it. I noticed that I never received an email confirmation for my purchase which should have been my first red flag. What is more strange is they put a welcome note stating these socks are a gift while I wait for my original order. It is signed customer service center but no company name. Now I have to go through each of my credit cards to find the purchase I made.I'm in Clifton, NJ
