Safety Report: Shipments charged to my credit card from Walmart that I did not order, Carlsbad, CA, USA

I began receiving small items from Walmart that I had not ordered. These were things I would never use like multiple bottles of rubbing alcohol and children’s boots. Then I discovered that much larger items are being charged to my Barclays credit card for items that I did not receive. Walmart insisted they were in fact delivered to my address which of course I know it’s not true. No satisfaction for me to Barclays or Walmart. I wonder if others have had a similar situation. Perhaps a class action lawsuit is in order or at least it is time to file a police report.
