This site wechictoday i ordered a coat i got charged 28 and no coat no email nothing i want my money back

I seen a very nice coat that said 4.99 . I put my info in my address my credit card info and they got their money off my card . I have not heard anything . This happend on November 12 2023
I live in chatham ontario the site was i thought shein but nope
