I have received a cream I did not order. It has cost me over $100. How do I get them to stop? The only information I have is marble on Northern Blvd., Flushing New York,, NY 11358.I placed an order for what I thought would be one jar of cream and I got another one and was charged over $100 for it on the Internet. It sells for $39 and I didn’t order the second one anyway so would you take me off of your mailing list and not send me any more please
I have had my card changed so they can’t charge any more on it. I will help in anyway I can to get it stopped. I hope you can find them.

I had the same thing happen. I was scammed by their ad on Facebook! They have lots of people doing this scam! They need to be stopped. Their cream is crap and you can get it on Amazon dirt cheap. They charged me $119.67 for just one of the creams and $89.99 for the other luckily I had the bank put a hold on my account before they put the $89.99 through. I put in a dispute with my bank.
The same thing has happened to me and now they have renewed a subscription I never agreed to.
