Ordered items that I believed were from Kohl’s. never received anything and I contacted them indicating that order was not received. They sent back saying it was delivered. Not true! They would resend ordered and of course same thing happened apparently. Now they say they will refund 90% to account that was used to pay for items in the beginning. I am sure it will not happen.
