Ordered a ring which I thought was from a reputable jewelry store. They got my money. I didn’t receive a confirmation email or the ring I ordered. Please help. I will be contacting my bank ASAP.

I received a package that I ordered but it was the wrong item. I ordered a ring from a Kay jewelry discount sale. It was supposed to be 90% off. I ordered a 2ct. Pear-shaped solitaire stone in a silver setting. Size 5. The ring I received was not a pear solitaire, but a halo with a round center stone. White gold/silver.

I have ordered and paid three times for a pear shaped solitaire ring, but received a totally different ring twice. I have received nothing
And how many times must I tell my story before I get my pear-shaped solitaire with a gold size 5 ring?
I live in Westland Michigan. And as I was saying I have not received anything as yet for the 53.00 dollars
