Safety Report: Scam website with wrong product delivery, Hanahan, SC, USA

I ordered tables from a website called Suntparadise and billed to my cc as Unlimited Field. Weeks later I received a ring from an address 4220 S Lee St Buford Hall H No4 in Buford Georgia 30518.I contacted company, they said error in shipping and offered a 5% discount. I paid 83.90 so that is $4.20 plus a gumball machine quality ring in a Kays Jeweler box instead of sending me my tables.
I told them no, email: contact@allshopon.com.
They emailed again and said they hoped I could accept their offer which means they have no intent of a refund or returning my tables.
Whomever is at that Georgia address is a scam artist crook in cahoots with this scam chinese company.
