I received a ring but it wasn't the ring that I ordered supposedly from Kay's warehouse it was in a Kay's box but it was definitely not the ring that I ordered. Was this a scam. I would like my 40.00 refunded and I will be happy to return this imitation engagement ring. Thank you. Please send me a response asap.
