On 8/24/23 I purchased two pieces of luggage from an ad on Facebook from dhvtvs.com The vendor claimed the package was delivered on 9/20/23 but it was not. The tracking link went to a Chinese site and there was no photo proof of delivery. I checked my security cam footage throughout all points of my property, both on that date and around it, and there was no delivery made to my residence. I checked with all my neighbors and none of them received the package. When I contacted them by email the first time, they replied with a comment that deliveries sometimes get delayed, blah blah blah. And then followed up with the erroneous delivery date. I replied to that email indicating that my security system showed no deliveries on or around that date and that none of my neighbors had received a package. Now they are no longer responding to my emails. If I cannot get a refund restitution from the vendor, I feel like Facebook should be responsible for refunding my money since they supported the ad.
