I bought jeans from them and paid on 8 Sept 2023. I have not had any communique from them and have not received the parcel either

I acted on an add on Instagram for 6 stretch denims. I bought 2 x 6 pairs of pants and paid. I have not received anything to date. No invoice, order or the product. I ordered from Velddrif South Africa
