I ordered a power shovel advertised on Facebook on 11/17/23 and an email was sent to me that it shipped 11/22/23 with a tracking # that when I try to track it shows # not f****. Also when I try to go to the office it says it is closed. Of course my credit card was immediately charged and so what are my options.
