I have received a diamond ring created by GRA which I did not order and Do not want. What am I supposed to do ?
A few days ago I received a diamond ring with certificate and warranty from gra-moissanites. I did not order it and certainly don’t want it! As far as I can see no money has been taken out. However I did order some clothes at a reduced price and paid £40. I am still waiting for them. I wonder if there is a connection.
