I ordered 2 Carts from Alwaysbigca never received even though First line shipping claim delivery happened. The customer care is not vip as it claims. You just get the run around and you are out the money. Sadly the product looked very useful for my son with disabilities to go shopping with me. My porch is wide open and I live on a dead end street. I know when a delivery is made as I can see the truck, hear my dogs bark at delivery person. I run our construction business office out of our home so I am always there. Delivery didn't happen my neighbors are my relatives or people I have known for 15 plus years.
