I ordered a snow broom from QVC on or about 11/17/2023 at least it was billed on my credit card in the amount of $47.85 to the company ACQRA top mall sales HK. I have NOT received the item. Pretty sure this is a scam!  I am embarrassed that I fell for it but it was shown as a QVC special item so I thought I could trust them!  The item is a Snow Joe broom.  The reference # on my credit card is 74298253322920000******. Hope this will help shut them down!!!
