Ordered garden fairies. Received hat and scarf. See I’m not alone! How do I get my money back !!! Never going order off internet again! It’s all a scam!!!!!I'm in Wiltshire

this has happened to me. i received earmuffs. i have emailed the company from the "contact us" link on the email i received following the order. to my surprise they responded and requested i send the item back to an address in China! then they will issue a full refund (doubt they will)> I've emailed hem back telling them it's their problem, they should arrange for wrong item to be collected and issue my refund without delay. will see if they respond and what they say. meanwhile i have requested a "chargeback" via my credit card company so will see what happens. I'm more or less resigned to the fact i have lost my money though!
