Ordered items 6 weeks ago . Ongoing emails basically saying they delivered package. Offered 60% refund . Accusation of my dishonesty. Undelivered goods. Retailer telling me they have lost money through courier by claiming so they won’t refund. Several emails blaming me for incorrect mailing address which they can’t evidence and a signed for parcel which they can’t evidence. Basically saying I’m lying and they and courier are not at fault. Offered a 60% refund to make me go away. Refused and asked them to evidence mailing address and signature.
