I ordered 2 litter boxes & received a small handheld wrench. I have sent several emails about length of time for delivery & they assured me it was in transit. After getting this wrench, I did some research & turns out the ‘order’ actually originates from China, even though website said California. I have also filed dispute with my bank & sent email to company, Chumstella, demanding immediate refund.
