I just sent the same information about receiving the ring I did not order. On 3 January 2023, I ordered items from a company called Wuwgex@clothesscl.com(China) that is featured on Facebook. I have not received the items that I ordered; instead I received the ringI'm in Tulsa

So, this is what happens. I figured it out. I placed an order from a site that I didn’t receive and they use this tracking system called 17 Tracking. Instead of sending you what you ordered, they send you something random like this ring, which I got as well, the tracking system says ‘delivered’ so they tell you ‘we delivered your order’ when they actually didn’t.

I never received a bill on my credit card
Same thing just happened to me. I got the same ring delivered to me. Not the clothes I ordered. How can we contact them for money back.

I ordered from a site on Facebook as well.
I ordered from the sight on Facebook as well
I did too! They told me the ring was a gift. LOL to verify my address. They wrote and told me that they would refund my money. We will see. Pretty sure it is just a scam.

How did you reach out to them? Do you have any email or phone number for them. I'm in same situation. I receive a ring instead of my clothes
