I received a leather key chain I did not order. It had a random note in it suggesting that I had ordered something from them that was still on the way. There is no company name and its very generic.

I received the same. I believe it is in connection with a FB online purchase which seems to be fraudulent as well. The online seller was JAZZAS and never delivered the purchased item - instead I received a worthless key chain from a generic TX address.
