Received a ring from GRA Moissanite I did not and would not have ordered. Address on package said 940 W. Bethel Rd., Coppell, TX. I asked USPS if they could tell me from tracking number where it came from, and they said it had been shipped from Callifornia. My original order had supposedly been from Nordstroms. I sent that address an email, complaining that I had ordered Dec. 7, nothing had been received. They answered, saying it was because of so many orders, slow shipping, thanking me for understanding about the delay.What happens now? I surely don't have to pay to return this ring. The money supposedly sent to Nordstroms has been taken out of my account.
I am in Hancock, IA. Package address said Coppell, TX, but when I sent tracking number to USPS they said it had been shipped from Calilfornia.
