I received a package from this shipping center. Contains a "MOISSANITE" ring in a red ring box. Also documentation from Global Gemological Research Academy, warranty ID:GRA880******. I tried to locate them, but only an email for contact. No address, no phone. I don't know how to return this item. Any help would be appreciated.
