They are unreachable. They have ignored four messages to their voicemail over the coarse of three weeks. I blew up there phone for two hours straight with no answer and I went to their office to talk to them directly and was denied entry because the office was closed due to the Covid pandemic. I call bull. I know this is a forced trash pickup mandated by the city so some level of service should be expected.
