I recieved a box which sounds like screws from a Paulette Douglas. It has my address but a different name. I am concerned because this is the second time and I don't know who or how this person recieved my information. I'm giving it back to the mailman return to sender but it is concerning.Im in California, USA

I’m in RI and also received a Masonite ring that my family, nor did I order. I’m returning to sender and pray I don’t have a weird charge on my credit card.
I'm in Wisconsin and it happened to me....I figured out that my tracking number and name were correct. I am thinking the distribution warehouse matched my shipping tag with the wrong product. Now I'm waiting to get help to get my actual order.
