Safety Report: Recieve item i didnt order, Jackson, TN, USA

Recieved a pair of ear muffs that i didnt order. I didnt recieve qny emails concerning a delivered package but i followed the usps tracking number and it showed something was delivered. I saw other peoples claims on this site that they recieved unordered ear muffs. I also saw that they removed the tag and saw it was from a chinese site. There was a chinese site under the tag and it even included my phone number
