I received a package of rando seeds with the name Mark Cadicamo and address of 1458 College Pt Blvd , College Pt, NY. When I look it up it is a random building with no business in it. I cannot find what the charge is as there is no name of his listed. Another person reported random letters and such 3 weeks prior accompanied his package howver that is half the stuff on a bank statement. I cannot seem to match it up.
