I received this package from Irving TX from an Online Seller. I noticed under the package information there was another package slip and it was written in Japanese. I did not order from this seller and the item was a lady's ring size 6. I contacted the retailer about the ring (GRA MOISSANITE) Customer service rep quickly responded with the ring didn't come from our facility and that we will not be responding to any more information about the item. I was contacting them to return the ring. I wanted to return the ring to the person to whom it belongs too but now as I have read more articles. It's a scam. I don't understand the scam. What kind of scam? Where did the information come from? Does anyone else understand the scam and what the scam is about?

I received the same…no nothing….it appears this has gone to many people…a scam for sure!
What is everyone doing with the rings??? I hate to spend money to return something that is a scam!!!
I’m keeping it…who knows what we may have been charged for it somewhere or what problems it may cause for us in the future! I definitely wouldn’t spend money to send it back to China…even if I could see the entire address. My understanding is this address is an Amazon facility…..they should be able to explain something about these deliveries if not their product!
