I received a women’s “MOISSANITE” ring in the mail which neither myself nor my spouse ordered. It arrived in white, bubble wrap packaging and enclosed was the ring in a red velvet box as well as a gold envelope with the GRA MOISSANITE REPORT and warranty card. The Warranty ID on the card is: GRA 886 595 ***.The return address on the bubble wrap envelope is: 1950 East Touhy Avenue, Des Plaines, IL, USA
